Getting groovy with Toledo’s newest food truck

Trip’n Biscuits is a fresh new spot to get your comfort food fix, serving up biscuit sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, biscuits benedict, and more. The owners already had an incredible name, and were pushing for an authentic retro vibe to match.

With such an incredible name, there was plenty to work with here. The typefaces chosen are Chronic Sans by Bretheryn Design Co. and SF Blunt. Both are incredibly on-the-nose choices for this brand. The character prominently featured was lovingly dubbed “Sam.” Sam is a fun lovin’ biscuit who scoots around town spreading peace and love.

Trip’n Biscuits will be hitting the Toledo food truck scene this summer!
